Q. Do you deliver and collect within London ?
A. Yes. We offer a dedicated baby equipment hire service within London as well as delivering nationally. We specialise in car seat hire for London and can also deliver all of our car seats nationwide.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can now place an order by booking online. If you are having difficulties with this, please feel free to contact us through our contact page, by email or by phone and our customer team will be happy to help you with your enquiry or order.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Online bookings are paid for using the Credit/Debit card or Paypal options provided. For all other bookings, we will send you an invoice by email. This comes from Paypal and you can pay directly from the email using the Pay Now button, with a standard Debit or Credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay, and will be guided through the payment process with onscreen instructions. Other payment methods are available if required.
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes, a standard £45.00 deposit will be added to your order. This will be refunded to you as soon as the items have been returned to us in good working order.
Q. Is there a minimum rental requirement?
A. We require a minimum order of 3 days hire.
Q. Will I receive the exact items shown?
A. We supply only top quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers. Unless the manufacturer and/or model is specified, you will receive an item of like kind and quality to that pictured.
Q. Do you provide linen?
A. Yes, this is provided with all our cots and is included in the rental price.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We understand that plans can change. All orders cancelled within 4 working days (Monday to Friday) of the date will be charged 50% of the original order. All other cancellations will not be charged.
Q. How do I return items to you?
A. We will arrange for the courier to collect the items from you on an agreed date at the end of the hire period. This is included in the standard delivery charge.
Q. Can I collect the items from you rather than have them delivered?
A. We are no longer able to offer a direct collection service. However, for all OX postcodes we now offer a flat rate delivery charge of £10 (inclusive of collection). Please call us if you need to place an order with local delivery.
